Fabia vrs vibration

Featured Replies

Hello, Im new here and looking for some help before I can start enjoying my car and participating more, hoping someone may be able to shed some light on my problems

I have what I can only describe as a vibration through the pedals and gear lever, you can feel it on your feet and it's very irritating, I've had a new flywheel, clutch, release bearing all genuine skoda parts, I've had the gearbox inspected by a specialist and they say all is OK, you feel it really bad if your in second gear and give it some acceleration and let off, the pedals vibrate like mad at this point, I've also replaced the dog bone mount, the remaining mounts look ok and there's no major engine movements, I've also deleted the EGR which the issue was present before doing so, done a liquimoly clean through the injectors as well, another thing to note is sometimes when I'm changing gear it jerks slightly as though I'm just new to driving cars, you can't just simply change gear like normal I've had pd's in the past so it's not my driving style, driving me insane

I've played about with the cv joints no roughness when moving about all feels good, has anyone ever had any issues like, I think I've got the worst fabia in the country lol

Car is standard apart from the EGR delete

Many thanks

Mounts looked ok to be fair

My gearbox mount looked good, but when I took it off it was gone.

Changed it for a used one £21 and its like the car is new again.
