wheels...

Featured Replies

So I dropped that thought about those 9x16" and bought set of these instead:

they are BBS RS2 (6.5x16"), the same that IV Golf GTI uses. Have to buy some spacers 'cause ET is 42. But that's not a problem.

Yesterday I picked up my winter wheels from my friend, who had just resprayed them. They look pretty nice, must say:

These are Mangels (7x15", ET35)

Now all I need is my furby :) only a month and a week to go.

Wow...you're preparing yourself already

That was actually my inspiration for buying those.

Bummers to clean mind LOL

Nice wheels.

Shouldn't have bothered refurb the winter ones,

Good work - I always love reading on here about people buying bits before the car even arrives - bodes well for the future :)

Good choice, I like those. Will be a bit fiddly to clean but that's life :)

Yep, those summerwheels are jobbish to clean, but who cares (well my wife maybe :) )

Winter ones were so ugly that I had to had them resprayed. And they are now easier to clean, thanks to thick lacquer.

  • 4 weeks later...

Got BBS RX2s off a mark IV Golf GTi on my octy too - I like em!! Should look good on furby as well ;)
