ABS module replacement

Featured Replies

Hi Folks

My ABS module has gone bad and i need to replace it. trying to get a used one from ebay. The model that is present in my car has part number 1K0614517DEBEF. Finding this on ebay at a reasonable price seems difficult. I was wondering if i can replace this module with any of the following part numbers

1K0614517EGBEF

1K0614517DNBEF

Also these have done around 46000 miles? is that ok.

Thanks

Hi folks any advice on this

Hi Jinu,

I've no idea if it will fit however, if either will, sounds like a reasonable amount to me? Hopefully someone will come along and answer that for you mate... Incidentally, how much have you been quoted for a new unit?

For a new unit, just the cost of the part alone was INR 140k i.e. GBP 1400. Labour and taxes extra

Ok, so c£120 is a bargain then, provided it fits of course!
