Reading USB

Featured Replies

Morning Folks

Water pump failure on mine yesterday - Skoda Assist very kindly (and very efficiently) arranged a loan car, turns out to be a brand new Scout with15miles on the clock, ill enjoy it while I can and drag it out .....

when I plug my iPhone 6 into the usb it charges ok but the message on the screen says "Reading USB" and that's it, no progress, blinks occasionally but stays on that message

what can be done as you cant use anything else while its in this state?

cheers

John

Are there any messages on the I-Phone regarding trust etc?

nope

Best just using the Bluetooth with an iPhone

Mine sometimes 'loses' the usb stick.. I have to turn it off for a while before it spots it again...

Mine does the same with my iPhone. It usually helps if you force the multimedia unit to reboot. (Hold the power button until it reboots.) Helps about 75% of the time.
