Knock coming from N/S front

Featured Replies

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on a knock that has developed on the front left of the car ( this has only become apparent after knocking the cat through). I've had the wishbones with ball joints replaced, drop links replaced and top mounts replaced. Also I've checked the engine and gearbox mounts and they seem to be fine the only other thing I could think of is the drive shaft cv joint being on the way out as the opposite side has been replaced previously. If anyone has any idea I would be very greatful.

Thanks in advance guys :)

Anti roll bar bushes. If you've changed nearly everything and not mentioned these.

Console bushes are also another culprit that are worth giving the once over.

Check all subframe bolts

I Recently did: shocks, springs, top mounts, console bushes, front A arm bush, Meyle HD drop links, Arb bushes then started to get a creek/knock and my outer subframe bolts needed torquing up

Worth a check
