Hi

Having trouble with my polo 1.9tdi with blt engine, around 2k -3.5k wide open throttle it kicks and farts and chucks out black smoke like a trooper,

Its had new MAF, MAP, solenoid box and ASV valve, its mapped by fabooka but does it with either custom map or original mapping,

No fault codes and only does it on WOT, progressive throttle and its fine

Any ideas as loosing the plot with it now !!!!

Been poking around the o'internet, only thing I can now think of is the tandem pump, anyone ever had the vac side fail or any issues? Seems the fuel side is pretty common to fault but no vacuum side issues
