Revs staying up between gear changes new clutch 1.8T

Had the gearbox changed for a 6 speed Cupra r gearbox and Cupra R clutch done about 80 miles and the revs still stay where they are for a Dec before coming down when changing gear it is very bad when the cars cold and still on choke any ideas what this could be?

Crap quality but you can still see it.. It was like this before the clutch was done aswell

If I remember correctly, there is a switch on the clutch pedal arm that senses the gear change and interacts with the drive by wire. When this switch fails the revs fail to fall on gear changes. I'm pretty sure I had this changed on my original Octavia some years back because it was doing the same as you describe.

Can this switch do the opposite thing with the revs ? sometimes when i change gears my revs go down to 500-600 and then back to normal again , and where is located thanks

Could be a vacuumed leak somewhere switch is just on top of the pedal under the dash panel
