Can you advise me ?

After  using  a  courtesy  car  for  a  week  I  realised  poor my  brakes  had  become  . 

In  the  past  I  have  changed  the pads  and  discs  myself  for  new  ones  and  they  have  improved  the  brakes  but  doing  this  still  doesn't  match  the  braking  on  the  1.0  litre  fiesta  I  was  loaned  .

 I  have read  about  a  312mm  conversion  using  parts  from  a  mk.4  golf ?  I  this correct ?

 Do  I  need  calipers  and  mounting  brackets  and  pads  ?

Anything  else  to  the conversion   ?

I  have  a  2005  fabia  vrs .

There's quite a few set-ups but Audi MkI TT 312's seem to be the ones most used.

 

I've requested this to be moved to the MkI Fabia section aswell. HTH
