I ordered some along with some Revolt - package arrived today with out the snow foam  :'( and order is listed a completed (i wasn't at home when it arrived so only found out tonight but have emailed them). Hopefully they'll sort as it was my first order - presumably Car-Chem are ok normally and i was unlucky?

I found customer service to be very quick and good. Although in the end the issue I had wasn't their fault.

Yeah, all sorted - arrived today as promised ready for cleaning this weekend (well if it's not raining all weekend!)

Nah, but thought as it was my first load of this, it maybe something like concentrated but that would be daft as the 5l is diluted anyway!
