Anyone have an idea why the Octavia Estate configurator seems to have gone a bit weird.

 

I am interested in an SEL and just recently the full range of engine and transmission options has been reduced to just one, the 1.4Tsi Manual.

The various other trim levels seem to have the other engines and the DSG to select, as do the hatch versions.

 

Is it likely that Skoda have decided to build only one version of the SEL Estate?

Don't think there is just one version as all engines are still on the price list on the web

 

Has happened before with the configurator, usually means something was changed ( a spec change) and wasn't properly reloaded to reflect the revised options.

If there was no changes, then shouldn't be any reason why it was touched, and engines deleted.

maybe they are waiting to see if they have been cheating emissions and don't want to sell any more cars till they know!

I thought that, but it is only the SEL model that is affected, so hardly likely?
