It a 61 plate. On variable servicing.

I don't know anyone with VCDS to do it but what would they do that the techs at West End can't, I'm thinking they have caused a fault somewhere as it was working perfectly when it originally went in.

 

Basically it’s user error, not sure why so many dealers are struggling to do something that is basically their ‘bread and butter’
