Accident damage

Featured Replies

Guys we got damage on our black skoda yeti. Lv have offer us repairer of our choice or Apollo. We are in cheltenham so that's either apollo cheltenham or skoda (blade group) accident repair. Or can anyone recommend anywhere else?

Thanks,

Scott

May not be so local to you but Sandydown Bodyworks in Stockbridge (nr Andover) did a superb job of repairing ours from near-write-off back to immaculate.

This is what it was like post-accident...

Allthough not right on your doorstep "Fix" at Hereford are excellent they used to be "Cavanagh's" they obviously provide courtesy car or pick up and drop off if needed.

I've used them several times over the years and been well impressed ,they are also Skoda approved if that is any reccomendation.

Don't have any info on Apollo but will PM you about Blade.

Read the Dealer Reviews of Blade in the relevant section of this forum. Shall we say it isn't the most positive!!

Apollo are VAG Approved and I can't find any poor reports about them. From experience LV are quite fussy on who they use.

Thanks gents :-)

As Apollo are VAG approved I'd go with them. Also as LV have suggested Apollo, if there are any subsequent problems they will have to sort it out- if you go with your own repairer and again have problems you'll be on your own.

I agree with Ade here. Being VAG approved and a good bodyshop will help in the future. If you take it to a non VAG approved garage then need to claim on paint warranty it will be void

in the end went to dealer that covers all vag repairs as they offered a car whilst repairs are being done. Apparently i had not ticked the box for LV's approved repairer when i took out cover... so they could not offer a car.
