Had a bit of a bump with a ford He came into me but he claimed it was me.

 No witnesses and the insurance said 50/50  I am no claim protected so hope will be ok.

My question  is how will this affect my premium? No damage to my car

How much damage to the Ford?

 

Any claim will push your premium up regardless. Insurance saying 50/50 is the usual when there are no witnesses.

 

This is why I have a dashcam

Most in-sewer-ers will now claim that "because someone drove into you you are now more likely to be driven into again" and increase your premium anyway.
