P0171 p0300

Driving back home a few days ago the car threw up a p0171 code (system lean) which led me to believe i had a split pipe somewhere. After much research i was pointed towards the vacuum pipes under the inlet manifold. I could hear a hissing and traced it to one of the pipes comin from below the inlet manifold. Access to this limited so i tracked it best i could with my hand and the hissing was changing as i pressend on the pipe. Visibility in this part of the engine isnt the best and i couldnt see any splits or cracks. The car was knocking about horrifically on idle (like a tractor). However as its been christmas i had to take the car on a few small journeys and it seemed ok. Bit hesitant and down on power coupled with terrible mpg.

I had cleared the code and after a few hours it manifested again this time as p0300 p0301 p0302 p0303, misfiring on all cylinders but one??

I cleaned the maf ran with/ without it and still no difference.

Yesterday i got the car 500 yards down the road when the engine cut out and i noticed a bit smoke from the exhaust. It started again no problem but to er on the side of caution i parked the car up and havent touched it until i can get to a garage.

Anyone know if it will be okay to drive to a garage on tuesday or anything else i can do/check?
