Happy new Skoda

Featured Replies

Hi everyone. I have become the owner of a 1989 Skoda 136 Rapid. It has been in the family since purchased new in 1991. It has been garaged for many years, but has recently been recommissioned, when I became the owner. One very basic question.... according to some car parts websites, my car, the 1.3 type, should use NKG BP6HS spark plugs. But, when I tired to fit them, the nut is slightly too big & it's not possible to get the plug spanner round them. The car previously had NGK BP7EFS plugs in it. Which ones would you recommend ? Other than that & some slight running issues, the car is in very great shape. Thanks for any help... Chris

Hello Chris   :hi:

Can't help over the plug sizes, but sounds like a good question to ask in the Classic Skoda Owners section a bit further down
