Evening buddy,

Personally I apply glaze (if I do apply it) by dual action polisher with a black pad. :)

Hi James

A Glaze can be applied by hand very successfully BUT

...it can also be applied via a DA with a soft pad

It will depend on the make of pad as to what colour that is

A finishing pad of any make will be fine

Any details on the glaze you might use Buddy?

It could sway what pad I would start with and also depending on paint hardness etc. ie. Is it a full fat filler glaze or with a light cut as well?

Cheers,

Ste.

Any finishing pad would do the trick, but I favour the CG Hexlogic pads.

I tried applying Prima Anigo(Edit: Amigo) via rotary once and it went horribly wrong. The build up of heat made it go all sticky on the paint. You don't get that build up of heat with a DA, hence why the boys are saying to use a DA rather than rotary or indeed by hand.

Hth and enjoy, buddy.

It's KKD Regloss. Picked up just under 1L for a bargain.

Ah ok. I think regloss is non abrasive;

Been looking to try this myself actually.

So most likely the softest pad you have...black?

Interested in your thoughts on it James... Keep us uptodate :)

Also interested in this one, James.

Unsure if it can be used via rotary, but ping Marc a message on Facebook and I'm sure he will let you know whether it can or not.
