Wheel bolt size

Featured Replies

Hi guys. I didn't find any recent threads about it. So i bought a set of Team Dynamics Monza (I think) alloys and my oem bolts (27mm long) are too short just hang over around 10mm or so. Do somebody have similar alloys to make sure how long bolts I need? Or how can I measure it accurately? I dont want to buy too short or too long ones. Cheers for any help.

My T.D pro race 3 use standard bolts, not encountered any problems.

Normally aftermarket wheels are tapered bolts not radius like standard bolts.

As above

Tappered bolts are usually on aftermarket rims bud

Than my thought was good it need tapered. But even if the shape fits more in the holes I think std 27 long thread would be short. I thought about these:

You would be fine with a 30mm tapered bolt set.

Allright then 30mm. Thanks for help guys.

Put it through the std wheel and measure how much thread comes through

will be easy to work out what extra thread you need and will put your mind at ease driving it after ☺
