Just had call from garage.

 

ABS pump failure following the 'christmas lights' displayed a few days ago.

 

As its a 2012 the ABS pump kit is 'not suitable'.

 

 

£1250 fitted. Gulp.

 

 

Asked them to have a chat with Skoda on goodwill.........

 

 

Why is a 3-4 year old car having that problem!? Hopefully Skoda will sort it.

buy a used pump of ebay for around £80

 

Easy to fit, you can upgrade to one that supports hill-hold

 

I did mine on my 2012 vrs so i could add park assist and hill hold
