Can anyone assist with a fault on 2010 Octavia 1.6 TDI  intermittent heat rear view window, It will work sometimes and other nothing.

Scanned with VCDS showing fault 00834 and scan log attached. I can sometimes hear the relay clicking sometimes and purchased another hoping it is a cheap fix.
