engine bay

Featured Replies

Currently looking at this vrs, not too good with cars and knowledge about them or modifications, but I know this isn't standard, air filter and anything else un-standard?

From what can be seen in the picture, it looks standard, apart from, as you've already mentioned, the induction kit which looks like a Neuspeed P Flow kit.

Induction kit isn't standard. Engine cover missing, looks like there has been a lot of water in the bay at some point. I would be more curious of this with all the flooding we've had recently.

The engine cover won't fit with an induction kit fitted, and without an engine cover, The engine bay gets very dirty in no time.

Especially true if the previous owner wasnt into cleaning under the bonnet.

Any real benifit of the induction kit if I'm not remapping?

Not really just Turbo sound effects!

In regards to you saying water in engine bay, everything seems to be running fine, no knocks or noises, just looks dirty. And that cover looks smart mate! Is it just an Audi one yeah?

To be honest, the bay just looks like it's had no tlc from the previous owner IMO.

The cover is an Audi TTS item, I've just removed and smoothed the audi logo and added some colour.
