Bought a Navigon Skoda move & fun off eBay. Trying to look at it on Navigon Fresh but unit " not found " on PC. Any help out there? Not actually tried it in Citigo as I don't collect the car till later in week.

I think you might have to pair it up with the car first?.

Should be visible as 2 USB storage devices. One for the built in memory and one for the micro SD card.

If Fresh won't recognise it then the unit may be faulty. Send it back and get the later Garmin unit, the touch screen on the Navigon is awfully unresponsive.

Thanks for reply. PC not seeing the unit but the navigon works fine as a stand alone satnav. This is a used navigon. Will plugging it into my new citigo change the unit and make it visible?

Foud the problem. Unit wasn't seen as a drive but seen as a mass storage device in devices and printers folder. Right clicked and asked to repair/fix and both drives now seen?. Updates done and working fine
