hi, I have a  Octavia 2001 1,8 20v turbo 

I have this problem for many months, it starts only the second time (at -17 degrees Celsius third time).first it starts goes to 1100 rpm and instantly stops (dies), I go for the second time and runs ok . can anyone tell me what is wrong with my car . I have changed; spark plugs , lambda sensor, air pipes, fuel pump, etc. I recently noticed that if I'm low on fuel and go in a large curve , after curve the engine stops(happened 2 times). help please. thanks

I forgot to say ,this starting problem is ONLY when the engine is cold or after 5 or 6 hours of standing .
