Torque for crankshaft pulley

Featured Replies

Anyone able to tell me what torque should be used for the 4 crankshaft pulley bolts on my 06' vrs please?

It has the m10 spline drive bolts if it makes any difference.

Thanks

Anyone able to help please?

More help needed- Haynes gives several settings on which bolts are involved.

Not too sure what you mean mate?

Stage 1 = 10Nm

Stage 2 = Angle tighten 90 degrees

Thanks very much.

That's the torque spec I found on another site but it seemed very tight so thought I would check on here.

10 Nm isn't tight, and 90 degrees after that would be fine on an M8 bolt.

Obviously 10 Nm isn't tight but the extra 90 degrees feels pretty tight

Nah it's fine. It's only a quarter of a turn.
