Taking off window wipers & fuel pump removal

Hi peeps

              As per title im having trouble removing my front wipers! They seem to be on pretty solid.

I have attached two pics im not sure how they can unclip can anyone please help I don't wanna break something by accident. They are aero wipers and will be replaced by the same

Also.... I am looking to change to fuel filter on the car. Is there any guide on this? If not how would you rate the difficulty and is it a straight forward job?

I was shopping around for oil changes, fuel filter change etc... basically service parts labour and even though im providing parts the quotes seemed far to steep, so thought id invest in some tools and give it a go of course im relying on you guys and your expert knowledge
