UK dealers are not a happy lot it seems

Somehow, they're not a group of people one's heart truly bleeds for.

Somehow, they're not a group of people one's heart truly bleeds for.

Perhaps they are the proverbial 'meat in the sandwich' with tin-eared manufacturers not supporting their brand by responding positively to obvious warranty related issues and letting the dealers take the flack instead......if that is true, it's pretty weak behaviour.

Nice little paradox

Q. 5b How satisfied are you with your new car targeting process  (Out of ten) ?:-

Skoda 5.1

Volkswagen 3.7

Average 4.8

Funny parent/child relationship going on there. Any explanations ?

See Dacia not listed

Compared with 1970, the number of vehicles on the road has doubled - now at 40 million ? And the reliability has probably matched that increase. They, like the bankers,  should be skipping to work.

And, what's more, you very rarely hear of saw-dust being put in gearboxes . . . . . I'll get my "Wear something bright at night" coat.
