Hi I've got cold air blowing in to the passenger foot well when I'm travelling at speed and I have taken the glove box out and the circulation flap doesn't close or open fully . The circulation button won't stay on either it just turns in self off after a bit if it comes on at all!!

Any help with this would be great.

So is it the heater flap motor or the air recirculation flap motor that's not working? Have you tried resetting with VCDS? Any fault codes?
