Skoda Dealers TomTom POI File

Featured Replies

Has any one created a Skoda dealer list in TomTom POI file format? (For the uninitiated, this can be added to any TomTom car navigation software - or similar - to let you find your local Skoda dealers. If not, Skoda have just sent me a dealer list so I can create one and publish it.

There is one somewhere here but it is for the 'original' TomTom Go (I think) - not the TomTom Go 300/500/700. I would love a copy for use with the latter.

I have a Skoda dealer POI list I downloaded from this site a few months ago. It is in ov2 format which is the standard format for all Tom Tom POIs. Not sure how accurate it is given recent changes.

I will upload it back on the site over the weekend if somebody can tell me how - there are 3 files ov2, bmp & asc.

Thanks, that would be a good starting point as I can edit it with POI Edit and the Word document Skoda Auto have sent me of all dealers as at 30/11/2005. We can then keep it up to date as members tell us of new dealers.

I think you add attachments by using the"Advanced" reply button and adding the attachment - but I found I had a 400KB limit so had to zip the Word file, attach it, then click the filing clip icon again to attach it to thise message.

It should be attached here.

OK here goes. I have had to zip it cos the attachment manager only takes certain file extensions.

When you updated it I would be grateful for copy please
