Hello this is my first post here thought i'd say hello!

I am from Biggin hill kent,and have been looking at maybe getting a Skoda.Although i know nothing about them!!

I am due to become a father for the first time next year and whilst looking round for a decent(NOT ford,vaux etc)motor looked upon Skod on the autotrader web site.

Compared to what I can get for my money a Skoda seems incredible value,although I said that when i bought my Mg zt190,then they went bust!

So any recomendations of models a Octavia hatch,how big are the boots etc...OR an estate?(would like a VRS!)

What do you guys think good price?I really wanted a hatch though...can Skoda get them in from other garages?

The boot in an Octavia hatch is monstrous

My advice - get a vRS you will not regret it

Based on what I paid for my 02 vRS hatch in Feb of this year the 03 vRS estate you mention sounds like a good deal (assuming the 8600 miles is genuine). As far as I understand, a Skoda main dealer should be able to obtain stock from another Skoda main dealer but do not take my word on it as I may be completely wrong.

Have been offered a Y reg VRS,13,000 miles on the clock, £7500 for it.Skoda service history etc....

Unfortunately things have not gone well.No little 'un on the way now was stuck abroad for yonks as well!!SO glad to be back!!

Cant seem to get the skoda used car section going at the mo,still looking for a vrs though!
