'Unite claim Grangemouth Port strike could hit fuel supplies.'

Featured Replies

Struggling to work out how a strike relating to the unloading / loading of containers will affect fuel supplies from the plant next door. Sounds more like Unite trying a bit of scaremongering to draw attention to the dispute.

Exactly what Unite are doing.

Tanker Drivers not crossing picket lines is what would affect supplies, maybe, might do, and panic buying etc etc

As happened last time.

Strike Called Off.

So thats that finished with.

Sounds like our LUAS drivers threatening strike action for st patricks day... knowing its a force of hand that wont hapen. It got called off,but not before the court of public opinion has them branded as a right pack of money grabbing a'holes..
