Fabia Vrs clutch kit

Featured Replies

Hi all, recently bought a fabia Vrs and had it mapped but the clutch has started slipping. Was thinking about getting a smf kit but don't know what to go for, it's running about 290lbs and don't want to spend a fortune. I read that the dark side billet g60 kit fits but on the website it says it don't fit 6 speed cars.

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers rab

Thanks for the reply, I'd rather not have to spend £750.

Has anyone had any experience with max torque clutches, they're doing a stage 3 for £450 postage which seems cheap?

If its only just started slipping then you may be alright for a little while, if you take it steady it may bed back in.

Mine started slipping sometime last year then it stopped for a while then it came back and stopped again but recently it's started doing it almost all the time so mine will defiantly need replacing. If it wasn't for the fact that it cost so much I would've had it done already but I'm holding off as it eating into my summer pulsar fund grrrr.
