Got me a new motor

Featured Replies

Ok, ive been holding out for the new octy vrs but after doing the maths its became apparent that the budget was not big enough.

so what to do? After looking through the Skoda UK used car web site I decided to go for an Octy 2 sport 2.0 TDI.

I found one for

Audi is nice but new octy is in a different league.........more mpg, lower insurance and road tax........good road manners ...and 140 + bhp.....go with the Octy

Is that the ex-demo at Freebourne in Southampton?

Very nice car, I almost bought that one about a month ago.

Thats the one, well spotted mate. Hope you havent taken it for a test drive and thrashed it:D

Good choice-the A3 is a good car - but not in 1.6 form ;)

Audi A3 1.6 vs Skoda Octavia 2.0TDI sport - there can only be one winner and the badge does not contain 4 linked circles ;)

Definately go with the Octy 2.0TDI

I was very good, but the sales guy that accompanied me gave it a little stick though.

I thought it was a lot of car for the money, and compared to a Octy II vRS, considerably cheaper.

The only reason I didn't buy it was SWMBO would be driving it 90% of the time, and she prefereed something smaller. Ho-hum.
