vegetu

nothing cheap for that i'd say other than a transplant

assuming you have a 100hp 1.4 16v like mine and not a 75.

You can do airbox mod ie drill holes in it and fit a high flow panel filter. and install a cold air feed from bumper to airbox.

Fit a hgh flow exhaust and get a remap.

thats about 600 quid

or you could spend 2500 and get a TT or S3 or Cupra R engine

I've gone for a Darintake mod (search google) a 3" cold air feed

and have booked car in for a big *** exhaust in jan

the exhaust is 300 quid and the intake mod was about 40 quid in parts and an hour in time.

an adjustable fpr valve is next and then a remap and rolling road sesh to sort it all out.

hopefully i should get a healthy increase.

i cab't see plugs making much difference on their own

I just buy good ones and change then often

i had iridium plugs in a nova and they werent worth 4 sets of normal plugs

imho anyways
