Hi everyone,

Been having a read the last couple of days on these forums with regards to the fabia Vrs mk1. I have just put the deposit down on one to pick up next week. Currently driving a Mondeo ST220 (am I mad for swapping to the fabia) lol. I mainly only use the car for work now, being a long distance lorry driver so fancied a diesel. I plan on modding the sh#t out of it - upgrading injectors, fmic, bigger blower, remap, exhaust , clutch etc etc. Previous cars of mine include Evo 6, Impreza STi and rx7...all of which were above 400bhp, so I have a little experience with tuning, but this is a first for me, being a diesel! Look forward to posting more on here in the future! :)

Welcome :)

This is a good palce for tuning advice, plenty people on here running nice high powerd VRS's!

I hope you have deep pockets, you can drop 5k into a vrs to get ti around 300bhp :D

Thanks for the reply! Yeah I understand it can be an expensive hobby (pleases the Mrs) Luckily I have a degree in performance car engineering before I started driving for a living. Most of my friends are in the trade also, so will be getting a bit of hep with trade prices when it comes to things!
