A rare sight I'm sure given the fashion for blacking everything these days however after seeing a picture of a VRS with the chrome window surrounds on the metal grey thread and really liking the look of it, I wondered if anyone else has ticked this option and would be willing to put a picture on this thread.

 

I have built a few colours on the skoda builder but it doesn't beat an actual pic to give an impression of what its like

 

I'm sure this won't be to everyone's taste but imo it looks nice in certain colours, the same as black packs suit other colours and personal tastes.

I changed to the black pack because the grille was the only chrome on the car and looked out of place. Adding more chrome may work the opposite way and make it look in place. I saw a focus ST at work where the guy had put some kind of push on chrome around his front and rear doors and it looked horrendous. There is some middle ground to be had. Looking forward to seeing some photos!

Not a vRS but look at the pic on post #38, although this was taken before I had the stilts replaced with proper springs!

I agree. I like the contrast that the chrome provides, especially on the Black Magic paint colour. It is also why I elected to fit the stainless steel rear bumper protector.
