Mad Cross Country Springs on Superb Estate Outdoor Plus 4x4

Featured Replies

I've seen a few posts from people who've fitted MAD Spring Helpers (usually caravaners) - but has anyone fitted MAD Cross Country Springs and if so did they affect the ride and help with towing? They are supposed to give you progressive loading with a 30mm lift (which would make the Outdoor Plus look more like the Octavia Scout or Passat AllTrack)...

and there'd be a reason why nobody has commented: Apparently MAD make Cross Country's for all FWD versions of the Superb Estate, but not the 4WD versions. Though they "think" that they'd work - they have advised against fitting them. Shame....

You can only load the tow ball to a maximum, so why do you need them, always better to be under by about 5 to 10 KG

5 people in the vehicle + all their luggage?

Rubbish roads?

Poor entry / exit gradings into driveways?

Hmmm. Cool. I have a 14 superb Kombi 4x4 170 now. But I also have bad road packet. 20 mm lift. Will these springs get my car even higher? Is this complete new springs?

What's the "Bad Road Packet" is its Skoda accessory? If so do you have the part number?
