S3 xenon

I can not find in manual which xenons (brand, model) are installed in s3.

Does anybody have that info?

Most of the time they will be Osram Xenarc. They were standard on my Octavias and my previous and current Mercedes.

However Skoda will use whichever lamp meets the criteria and is cheapest at the time. So without opening up the back of the headlight unit there's no way to tell for sure.

I replaced mine with Osram Nightbreaker D1S in my Mercedes (they make a D2S version if you have that) and the difference was remarkable.

Superb has D3S type bulbs.

Might want to hold off on the upgrade then. I paid £140 for 2 D1S.
