Thinking of selling my SE in the near future for something bigger like an Octavia or VW Passat and was wondering if someone could give me a rough private sale value?

VRS special edition

91k on the clock

FSH - last service carried out at unit 18 in July 15 with cam belt and water pumped changed. Oil and filter due a change on Tuesday at unit 18

Bodywork in good condition

MOT July 2016

Will have new tyres in front soon and rears replaced last autumn

Try it at £3500 / £4000? With them getting older a few cheap ones pop up time to time. IF its completley standard and the bodywork is looked after as a few are starting to get rust now it will be worth more or at least sell quicker.

Are you in a rush to sell it?

I'd stick it on at £4000 - £4500 and see if anyone is interested.

I always trade-in cars since I don't like selling privately, so was pleasantly surprised to be offered £3,500 for mine last month bearing in mind it needed the rear spoiler repainting, a replacement horn, and before long 4 new tyres - so around £500+ work I avoided. Less miles though... I'd gone in expecting more like £3,000.
