Best I got was traveling from Reading to Barnsley, during peak time. My travelling ranged from crawling, to around 80-85 mph. I was pleasently suprised to see 50.4 MPG on the trip.

Very good indeed. I have a 2.5 but set the cruise a "little" higher and can only get 40 ish. The trouble is that the Superb cries out to be driven a bit quicker than the law will allow, especially on motorways. Congratulations on resisting the temptation..
