hi there ,

just bought myself a skoda 1.9 diesel sdi the slow one .99 model i only received 1 key and a plastic keyring with numbers on for ordering new keys ,i would like to know if my vehicle is supposte to have remote locking it is the most basic model,also i see people selling keys on ebay for skodas can these be used .also has anybody done a clutch how easy was it what problems did you have .just the pedal is high on my car and i recon i will need to do it at some point.also can a turbo from one of the better models be fitted to my car .

Not sure about your keys, Try posting in the Octavia section, this is New Octavia, not that it really matters, most people read most of the threads anyway.

Welcome to the site.... yours is the old model octavia so you'd be best asking in the 'Octavia' section not the 'New Octavia' Section if its faults such as yours try asking in 'Ask a Tech'

The 1.9 sdi never had remote central locking. As far as I know it was only available as an option from the 2002 range on the classic.
