2012 SE Greentec

Featured Replies

Looking at one for my mum, do these come with alloys?

Mike

No...only the Elegance came with alloys as standard....in 2012/13.

As above. 14' steel as standard. Elegance is greentec as standard so 14' but alloy and eco tyres, 15' alloy optional.

Looks like she's going to buy it. Skoda have a two years free servicing and £500 fuel card on used cars this weekend. Car is up for £5k so in reality she would be getting £800 off which isn't bad for a 62 plate with 27k on the clock.

Good news; and free car tax on the greentec too.

Placed a deposit today, will go down and collect next week.

My SE came with Alloys..

Congratulations - sure she will like it.

This one doesn't have alloys. No big deal, my mum does very few miles so just wanted something newer that was safe and reliable. I'll probably use it once a week just to keep things moving.

Wasn't sure if you were buying new or not Mike :) I'm sure your mum will love it though :)

Wasn't worth buying new, she's had two brand new cars one in 1993 and one in 2002 lol.

She's 66 and I think this will be her last car before giving up driving. Although maybe this car will bring back some of her love for driving.

66 is young!  My mother is still driving at 84 and loving it.  Shame it's in an Astra.  I wonder what she will make of my new Citigo?

She's barely used it. On the drive home it actually felt nice than my monte lol. I noticed the gear change indicator is a few mph higher than on my monte.

Overall she's pleased. Haven't got the £500 fuel card yet though.
