Hi the steering wheel is a little bit tight but don't have any lights on. Few weeks ago I noticed inside the tyres were worn.any suggestions please.thanks

Also does anyone know where the power steering fluid reservoir on these 2007 Skoda octavia

There is no power steering fluid. It's a purely electric system with no hydraulics like the old ones.

 

Wheel alignment would maybe be a good place to start.
