I'm reluctantly putting the Fabia up for sale as I've got a new job which provides me with a car.

I've enjoyed running and owning the Fabia, it's easy and fun to drive plus it gives you a few bells and whistle that you get in bigger and faster cars.

I've already got a weekend toy (MK1 Audi TT ) plus I've no room left on the drive.

My wife will be using the Fabia daily so the mileage will increase.

- Excellent condition inside and out, regularly waxed etc

- Red with black pack

- Mileage as of the 28th April was 55,450

- Owned the car since September 2015 and enjoyed every minute of it.

- I've put on H&R springs, still have the original springs

- Wheels have had a refurb and I have a full size spare wheel to match the ones on the car

- Four new Nexen N8000 tyres fitted on the 15th April

- Changed the wheel centre caps, boot and bonnet badges to the new style Skoda/VRS badges

- Changed the drivers/steering wheel airbag so it has the new style Skoda badge

- Car has all usual features eg. cruise control etc but mine has digital air con/climate control.

- Sunglasses holder

- Skoda OEM Rubber mats

- Kenwood DNX7230DAB 7" Touch Screen WVGA 2DIN Garmin Navigation System with Bluetooth, DAB, Tuner, CD, USB, Phone Kit

- Runs perfectly and NOT using oil

- Full service history

- Last serviced at 51,222 miles on the 18th December 2015

- MOT due in August 2016
