Just done mine today, water pump and aux belt too..........

Which AR5E designed that bloody engine mount??!!!

Ive got mine to replace later on this year & have been warned about the engine mount been a pain  Ive got the replacement procedure from autodata & that says to unbolt the exhaust from the turbo & disconnect the driveshafts, did you do this? how did you set up the tensioner?

How offen these need doing?

Every 4 years or 60,000 miles whichever comes first.

I didn't disconnect the exhaust or the drive shafts but it is alarming how much you have to jack the engine up to get the mount out!

Why the hell hasn't it been designed in 2 bits??!! It's the bit that bolts to the block that's the problem

I used the Autodata disc so used that for the tensioner and idler fixing torque settings etc. On the tensioner, just do the centre nut up finger tight, set the tension with the allen key, then tighten the nut (get the 13mm spanner ready first as it's an arse realising that you need it and its just out of reach before hand!!)

Buy the kit to get the water pump and the idler rollers too
