Rupes Sanding Discs.

Featured Replies

Anyone here used these?

Used them last night on one of my headlights as it's starting to fade. Did a nice job but didn't remove some of the marks.

Never really had to wet sand before so I'm guessing that means I need to use more abrasive paper? Went from 2000 to 3000 last night. Or could I just do more passes?

There is a small patch where it is still very slightly rough and has what I can describe as spidering on there.

Are they reusable?

Thanks!

Sorry Ben - no experience of these..... but following with interest...

You need to start with 600 then 1000 1500 2000 3000 . Make sure the hole of the light is opake. Then 2 coats of lacquer or sealant of your choice, amazing results can be had.

You dont need to rub to hard just getting a uniform finnish.
