The MER scratch and chip removal kit is IMHO is excellent.

My wife recently managed to scratch the roof panel of her panther black (metallic) Ford KA from front to back........it was bad, I felt sure it would need to go to a body shop

I had bought the MER kit a few years earlier at the motor show and never used it.

I watched the instruction video and then had a go....it was easy to use.....and the result was excellent....perfect....a mirical even, not a trace of a scratch or anything.

The kit comes with everything you need inc. a bottle of clear coat (required if the scratch is very deep).

Regards, bill.

PS. Chowy...I will bring the kit along to our next NE meet/drive out for the lads to have a look at......hopefully we wont need to use it :D

If availalable, a small american child. But then you will need something to get the jam off, as they only eat peanut butter with jam :)

Bill, I might have to buy some soon as I noticed, after washing the car, that someone has scratched a 6-8" mark along the passenger door!

I have tried to T-cut it which has made it look better but you can still notice it!:(
