I bought this RNS 315 from a seller on eBay. The unit has been first class and impressed with it. Now I'm selling the Scout I've been asked if I would remove the unit and sell it seperately. I have been asked if it can be updated with new maps and speed cameras added. Despite my experience with Skoda I must admit I'm not that clued up on map updates for this unit.

Could anyone help me out?

Maps are available, but no speed cameras I'm afraid mate. Maps also cost a fair chunk of cash, about £170 from the dealers, and from Ebay anything up to that. Note, the maps are on a single use SD card, so make sure you buy a virgin brand new one. If it's been used once then it's worthless as it's tied to the machine it's been loaded on to.
