My 1U vRS has the occasional rattle and bang, particular on bumpy streets. This gives a poor appearance for co-passengers. Are there any common places to look into? And how to get rid of it?

Exhaust mounts, heat shields, arb bushes, wishbones...All the usual stuff, nothing really particularly different suspects to other cars. Arb bushes are quite common but it could be something as simple as a loose heat shield or exhaust mount.

Where is it coming from? What does it sound like? When does it happen more specifically?
