Yes, it is not difficult to hack about the rear parcel shelf, or make a replacement. There is a problem with putting them on the parcel shelf. How does one stow the shelf when the seats are folded? There is a space problem and a possible damage problem. What I was after was putting something better on the shelves where the existing speakers are - preferably with no hacking if possible.
