Tried a search to no avail ..... are 2014 VRS hatchback light cluster/lenses the same as the rest of the Octy's ... ive cracked one and want to replace but not with a brand spanker as I bet the are a fortune?

You mean the same as Octy's that are not a vRS? No. vRS has LED rear light cluster, not all do. Try some scrapper's see if they have any, but don't get high hopes over it, it's still a fairly new car for scrap yards to have.

The higher spec octy's, including the vRS, have the LED rear light clusters. Can't remember exactly which other ones it is, but certainly not all do.

Check the Superskoda site, the cluster isn't as expensive as you might think
