The wee beauty arrived yesterday.. all seems great and very well specced, the only thing we changed was silver roof bars and trays for the front seats.. It's black metallic with black leather.. Not much difference between it and my mk1 VRS Octy.. pics later..

Congrats on the new motor. I have the same model, find the 1.2 engine more than adequate but that's coming from a 1.6 tdi Octy and not a vrs!

Some pics, car really is great.. plenty of poke for a 1.2T.. Bought mudflaps for it, so will get those fitted some, although I haven't even drove it yet as I broke my elbow last Friday :-(

 

 

 

 

 

One thing, I can't get my wifes or my phone to sync the contacts.. She has a oneplus X and I have a oneplus one... both phones connect, but won't sync contacts.. anyone any ideas?

I think you've just found the solution to your problem!

My dealership tried to convince me their demo car was petrol blue. It was actually Pacific blue. Nor did they realise the same demo vehicle had SCR (AdBlue) until I pointed out out to them.

And finally, they tried to charge me over £200 for Autoglym HD Wax as I had to buy 4 of them as that's how they came in the box.

Have a go yourself, I'd be surprised if it's that difficult. I'm pretty certain I managed to load my contacts onto a Fabia courtesy car and I'd never used the system before. I was able to make phonecalls on it at any rate.

That's ridiculous syncing contacts should be easy. If the dealer can't do it then there must be a fault which the should fix. It could be your phone but I doubt it. I've just looked at my phones a oneplus 2 which will be similar to yours and I can't see any options which will stop it. I can't believe the dealer sent you on your way without resolving the issue.

Anyway I believe my contacts have synced because names display and I can voice dial via the steering wheel but I still may have the same problem as you. What do you do which shows contacts are not synced
